Yes, at any time. Your monthly subscription then stops at the end of the month already paid, with no further payment. Months already paid aren't deducted from the price.

You have 14 days to withdraw. Because access opens straight away, we ask you at checkout whether you want to start before that period ends. If you agree, you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. Without that agreement, you keep your 14 days. Details in the Terms, section 12.

Yes. Stripe, our payment provider, issues the invoice and emails it to you. You also get an order confirmation from us.

FIFA has not yet published the 2027 dates. There is one session a year: registration usually opens in January and the exam usually takes place in April. Always check the dates in FIFA's official announcements.

The FIFA Football Agent Exam takes place online, with remote invigilation: 20 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, and you need 75% to pass. You can take it in English, French, German or Spanish. The app is in English and Spanish.

For the 2026 session, yes: candidates could use the study materials available in the exam interface, and nothing else. With 20 questions in 60 minutes, you have about 3 minutes per question, so you need to know where each rule sits. Every correction in the app gives you the article: you learn where to look.

The 7 FIFA regulations (Statutes, Disciplinary Code, Code of Ethics, RSTP, Football Tribunal procedural rules, Clearing House Regulations and Football Agent Regulations), the FIFA Guardians safeguarding materials, the Ethical Recruitment Guide, and the circulars, FAQs and general secretariat decisions in the study pack. No. FIFA's exam questions are not public, and nobody gives them to us. Our questions are written from the official texts, in the exam format, and every correction cites the article that gives the answer.

It's a common case. The app follows the January 2027 FIFA reform: the official summary of the changes, and questions only on what's new. Your mock exams then show your weak spots, text by text.

No. Passing depends on your work and on the exam, and nobody can honestly promise it. We show no pass rate: we have none we could verify. What we give you: practice on the official texts, in the exam format, with your weak spots made clear.

Both. The app opens in your browser, on iPhone, Android, Mac or PC, with no app store. You can add it to your home screen to open it like an app. Your progress follows your account from one device to another.

Two at most, and only one at a time: that's what prevents account sharing. To change device, a code sent by email is enough, and you manage your devices from your account.

Like any AI, it can make mistakes: the article it cites is what counts. A free version to try it with your account, up to 40 questions a day with the plan. It needs a connection.

They are processed by Anthropic, which provides the AI model, and are not used to train its models. Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days. Email addresses and phone numbers you type are masked before being recorded.

Yes, at any time: write to support from the app or by email. Only the data the law requires us to keep (billing) are archived for the legal period. You can also ask for a copy of your data: we reply within one month.
